Carlton Fisk’s extra innings, Game 6 walk-off in the 1975 World Series is perhaps one of the most memorable World Series homeruns of all-time (read the case made for this by one writer and see these images of the moment). So it is fitting that in 2005, thirty years later, the Red Sox would honor the moment in lasting way and recognize Fisk, who shared his thoughts after 30 years of reflection.
